The HUD (closing) module allows you to quickly and easily prepare your closing documents. The features include calculating and printing the HUD-1 Settlement Statement, HUD-1A (for Refinances), individual buyer and seller closing statements. Plus, we include AMS Word, our word processor used in conjunction with the closing module of ACTWIN
The closing module includes such benefits as calculating prorations, interest, real estate commission, loan fees, escrow reserves, recording fees and title insurance. You can view the HUD before printing, and view the closing totals as you enter the information.
You can enter the information all at once; or a little at a time as the closing information becomes available. And re-printing closing documents is as easy as pressing a couple of keys.
